Payments

If you are self-funding the treatment, we request that fees for the service provided are paid in full in advance of any assessments of treatment received. 

If you are covered by health insurance, we will require the following details prior to your appointment: 
Health insurance membership number
Health insurer’s authorisation number for treatment

Please note prices may vary inline with insurance cover and fees.

Unfortunately, failure to provide these details prior to your appointment will result in the requirement to self-fund. At times insurance companies will reimbursement the fees and this should be claimed directly from your insurer.
